All competitions offered on this web site will be open to residents of South Africa only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Anyone working for us or for the specified competition partner, or for any of our affiliated companies, or for any of our advertising, media or PR agencies, as well as any family members or associates of the aforesaid persons are prohibited from entering a competition offered on this web site.
Entries will be randomly selected at the discretion of Child Magazine.
Winner/s will win a copy of the item mentioned in the respective Facebook post.
The winner/s will be announced on the Child Magazine social media platform/s after the competition closes, and will be contacted via DM for further contact and delivery details. Winner/s need to provide contact & delivery details within 3 days of the winner announcement.
Delivery method and timelines will be shared with winners via DM, according to each competitions criteria.
A winner may only win a competition once in a 6 month period.
Winners agree to have their name tagged on the relevant Child Magazine social media platform.
Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The closing date for any competition will be as stated. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late entries.
The judges’ decision will be final. We will not enter into correspondence.

Only one entry per person and we reserve the right to exclude your entry if entered more than once.
We reserve the right to cancel any competition without notice at any time.
Any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete registration details, or errors in entries, which may be voided at the judges’ discretion. We are not responsible for undelivered, lost, or delayed prizes. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Please ensure that you provide the correct contact details.
We reserve the right to forfeit any winners’ prize or select another winner should we not have a response or receive further contact and delivery details within 3 (three) days of the competition announcement.
If any prize offered is unavailable, we reserve the right to select alternative prizes of equivalent value and we reserve the right to modify, supplement or withdraw all or part of this competition without notice and no refunds of costs of entry will be payable.
Child Magazine, our other affiliates, our competition partner/s and their respective shareholders shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss, damage, injury or costs, howsoever arising, suffered as a result of your participation in a competition.
