Durban #HatsOn4CPC Fun Walk
On Sunday 11 October 2026, PatchSA and Umduduzi Hospice Care for Children will hold a 5 km Fun Walk along the Durban beachfront promenade as a #HatsOn4CPC awareness raising event.
The Fun Walk will start and end at the Amphitheatre on the Durban beachfront promenade. We will walk in the direction of the Moses Mabhida Stadium and back again.
The family-oriented walk is open to all, and participants are encouraged to come wearing a hat to show their support and solidarity for children’s palliative care. Babies in strollers, young children and even well-mannered pets on a leash are all welcome to join in the fun.

Dates: Sunday 11 October 2026
Time: The walk will begin at 8h00 in the morning. Arrival is any time from 7h00 onwards. The programme should be over by 11h00 at the latest.

Children 4-12 years R50
Adults R100
