Join Dr Ledivia Strauss, a general practitioner with a special interest in hormonal health, gut health, and overall wellbeing, who is passionate about helping patients address the root causes of their health concerns.
Also joining us is Kamini Pather, chef, author, and television personality best known for winning MasterChef South Africa Season 2, bringing her passion for flavourful, nourishing food and joy of cooking.
Together with Carmen Niehaus, chef and food writer, they will guide an inspiring cooking experience with rooibos woven throughout the menu.
