Children who eat a good breakfast definitely have an advantage! Studies show that eating a healthy, nutritious breakfast helps children do better academically. It also promotes happiness and reduces stress.
Breakfast provides the vitamins and minerals your children need for an active day. It also gives their metabolism the kick-start it needs, providing them with the energy to get through the day. Their concentration and memory is improved, helping them excel at school. Eating breakfast also promotes healthier eating habits during the day as children haven’t skipped the morning meal. So in the long run, eating a healthy breakfast reduces the risk of heart disease, diabetes and obesity.
Smoothies are a great way to ensure your children get everything they need to start the day well. They’re quick to make and a good option for children who don’t always feel like eating breakfast.

Sad that so many of our children, through no fault of their own, are denied a nutritious breakfast.
