Hands-on Bread Workshop

A full day workshop that includes mixing, shaping and baking an artisan loaf using organic stone milled flour. Also includes the theory of sourdough baking, understanding the process, learning how to start and maintain a sourdough starter, and how to fit all this into a busy lifestyle and still produce a healthy, tasty loaf of bread.
