Basic Bread Workshop

I bit of a drive out of town - come spend the day learning how to bake a healthy nutritious loaf of naturally fermented sourdough bread that is low GI and can be tolerated by most people with wheat sensitivities.
A hands on Workshop including lunch and some sourdough starter to get you going as well as course notes and recipes...and much much more!
Suitable for parents and for kids over 15 years of age.
BOOKING AHEAD OF TIME IS ESSENTIAL! Workshops are conducted in very small groups with individual attention.
